What is a Moderate Camera Count?

Optimal Camera Count Statistics

Finding the Right Camera Count

It is important to keep a reasonable camera count for your MARI media made to be shared online. While stuffing as many V.A.s (Viewing Angles) may be visually tempting, please remember that your work will show its greatest value only if it is accessible to the audience! And yes, this means that keeping an optimal loading time is essential!

For a typical 1080p (1920 x 1080) image, it is optimal to ensure that:
  - The angle density is kept somewhere between 1° and 5°
  - The maximum number of total horizontal/vertical cameras is ###
  - The maximum camera count (horizontal + vertical) is anywhere under 1000

It is important to note that whenever someone opens your shared MARI media, they will have the horizontal row of V.A.s loaded first. If applicable, the rest of the vertical V.A.s will load after, while the viewer can enjoy the horizontal views of your MARI media.

Tips for optimizing your MARI media loading time:
  - Consider adding compression to your images when rendering
  - Avoid excessively high resolution images
  - Adhere to the recommended Camera Count Statistics
